29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirement of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented.:  (a) On or about October 20, 2016, for employee(s) exposed to fall hazards of at least 20 feet while performing gutter installation without adequate fall protection at 508 Versailles Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota.
