29 CFR 1926.502(k)(5): The fall protection plan did not document the reasons why the use of conventional fall protection systems (guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, or safety nets systems) are infeasible or why their use would create a greater hazard. Ultimate Construction Inc. project site located at 49 N. Madison Ave, Sturgeon Bay, WI: On and before 10/20/16, employees were exposed to falls while decking the floors of an apartment building when the fall protection plan in place was not documented and did not address why conventional fall protection systems were infeasible.
