29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee used appropriate personal protective equipment when there was occupational exposure: (a) During the clean-up operation involving a substantial amount of blood after an incident on the stage, the responding employees were only wearing gloves, tight fitting goggles and protective sleeves; they were not also using coveralls and shoe covers to prevent exposure to blood, on or about 10/21/2016.
