29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:     a.  4005 Newpoint Place, Suite 100, Lawrenceville, GA (Throughout the shop) - Employees were exposed to hazard of sudden energization of moving parts of equipment.  Employees (maintenance) perform servicing and maintenance on various machinery and equipment such as, but not limited to the Kval Door Handler and Assembly Line, Kval 250M Strike Router Line and Lantech, Wulftee  Shrink Wrap Machines.  An internal audit was not performed to ensure de-energization procedures were being properly implemented, on or about 10/24/16.
