29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees engaged in metal roofing erection were exposed to fall hazards in excess of six feet. Jacob Klassen was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1127769, citation number 1, item number 11 and was affirmed as a final order on May 05, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at the corner of Faudree Rd. and Winchase St. in Odessa, TX.
