29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) 617 Northside Boulevard, Nampa, ID: On or about August 10, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed falls from a height of approximately 9 feet without the use or availability of fall protection.  Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
