The employees are not provided with thermal protection of the extremities and face to protected them from the thermal energy of hot steam pipes. (b) Reactor area - Employees exposed to thermal energy hazards from steam pipes and jackets that are leaking. The employees are not provided with thermal protection of the extremities and face to protected them from the steam leaks on the 2000 gallon reactor and the new 4000 gallon reactor.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered. a) On October 25, 2016 the electrical outlets in the quality control laboratory that are with-in 16 inches of the water sink were not have an enclosure or protected with a ground fault circuit-interrupter for personnel in accordance with the National Electric Code NFPA 70-1999 Article 210-8. b) On October 25, 2016 the electrical outlets in the employee break room that are with-in 29 inches of the water sink were not have an enclosure or protected with a ground fault circuit-interrupter for personnel in accordance with the National Electric Code NFPA 70-1999 Article 210-8.
