29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: On October 18, 2016, there were two instances of a cable entering an electrical box through a cutout hole which were not protected from abrasions. Employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock.
