29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective On or about October 18, 2016, the employer did not properly ground the corrosion unit located by the chemical mixing area. The ground rod was 3 inches into the ground and not long enough. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards.
