29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  On or about October 20, 2016, west side of the dog house, electrical flexible cords connected to an electrical control panel were not connected to a strain relief as to prevent cord being pull directly transmitted to terminal screws. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
