Employers must ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders comply with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2003 ("Acetylene") (Compressed Gas Association, Inc., 11th ed., 2003).      a) Shop:  An acetylene cylinder was stored next to fully charged oxygen cylinders with no physical separation, thus exposing employees to fire and explosion hazard, on or about 10/27/16.
