29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system: On or about October 19, 2016 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on the roof of a commercial building without using any form of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than six feet to the ground below.
