29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. On or about 10/21/2016, in the shredding area, where paper fibers had accumulated on concrete barrier ledges, metal barrier surfaces upper surfaces and equipment was not cleaned up. Material collected during this inspection was found to be Class II Dust which according to National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA 654, 2006 Edition)
