29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift: On or about October 27, 2016, Miller Building Supplies and Construction, LLC had two employees exposed to an approximate fall of 8.5 ft. while working from a supported scaffold, which was lifted by a rough terrain forklift, and the supported scaffold was not secured to the rough terrain forklift by a chain or some other secure method, on a commercial construction site in Champaign, Illinois.
