29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  a) 9111 B Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801: On or about October 28, 2016, and times prior thereto, the employer did not maintain a current safety data sheet in the 16 section format with appropriate pictograms for employees who were required to work with chemicals, such as (but not limited to) Spartan Chemical Company, Inc. propane and butane-containing Chewing Gum Remover, isopropyl alcohol-containing Clean on the Go NABC Concentrate, Buckeye International, Inc. propylene glycol phenyl ether-containing Buckeye Workout, and Hillyard Industries hydrogen peroxide-containing Suprox-D, potentially exposing employees to skin and eye irritation.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
