29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: On, or at dates prior to, October 27, 2016, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard from a Baldor and Rockwell Shop Master Grinder, in the Maintenance Shop, which had tongue guards that were improperly adjusted in excess of one-fourth inch. Abatement certification is not required for this item:
