29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.  Sub port Facility, Machine/Welding shop area:  On or about 26 October 2016 and times prior thereto, an air nozzle used for cleaning purposes had black electrical tape wrapped around the deflection feature of the pneumatic tool.  Device used with shop compressor with availability of 110 PSI. This exposed employees to foreign objects being embedded to the body and eyes.
