Klaracon, Llc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 936176, citation number 01, item number 02 b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/31/13, with respect to a workplace located at 215 W. 10th St., New York, NY.
