29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Clean Processing Area, Middle of South Side: Plastic bales were stored inside the plant and were not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse. The plastic bales were not stable and secure against sliding and collapse as an accident occurred on or about October 25, 2016 where two or more plastic bales fell over injuring a temporary service employee.
