Steam whistles, air horns, strobe lights or similar lighting devices, or tactile devices meeting the requirements of this section are considered to meet this requirement for approval. a. Kitchen - The employer did not properly install the carbon monoxide alarm (Kidde Model #KN-COP-DP-B; Serial # E151646, Issue #0009087 06/05/15). The user manual stated that this device should not be install in kitchens because this may expose the sensor to substances that could damage or contaminate it. Condition Noted or About 12/08/16.
