29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered.  a) 2682 Route 130, Cranbury, NJ 08512. The employer allowed his employees to operate a F-9 Hyster Forklift to lift and relocate a Demag Injection Molding Machine when caution was not exercised when handling the off-center and top heavy equipment resulting in the equipment tipping over and crushing a coworker.   Incident occurred on October 28, 2016.
