29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems; At the jobsite located at 15151 W 101st Terrace, Lenexa, KS 66219: Employees engaged in roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 39 feet from the eave of the structure to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.
