29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. On or about 10/06/2016, Building 4 (Four), the deteriorating brick mortar that allowed water intrusion in to the interior walls of the building was not repaired. The moisture facilitated odor and potential growth of mold.
