29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable.       a) Freezer:  The employer failed to ensure that the floor area remained free from an accumulation of ice. Employees were exposed to slippery conditions while working and walking in the freezer to obtain frozen meats and seafood.  Condensation was allowed to form as a result of the warm air and cooler temperature mixture that created freezing water on the floor resulting in slippery floor conditions.
