29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Jobsite - Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working from the bottom cord of the roof trusses without fall protection. Ben Jackson and Sons Carpentry LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 983054, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/19/14, with respect to a workplace located at 3 Cooper Lane, Bedford, NH, 03110.
