29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    770 Converse Street, Longmeadow, MA: On or about October 31, 2016 Employees were observed installing shingles on a nursing home roof more than 23 feet above the next lower level (ground) and were not protected from falls by guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems exposing them to fall hazards.     Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
