29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2): 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Worksite - on October 31, 2016, and at times prior employees were constructing the second floor of building 36, which was open with no guardrails or fall protection used, exposing employees to an 12 ft. fall hazard. W8N Framing Llc, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1155591, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2016.
