29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): The poles of the pump jack scaffold, approximately 30 ft. high with a work platform at the 15 ft. level, had only been braced at the top in lieu of being braced at the top, bottom and other points as necessary. a) Worksite - on October 31, 2016, and at times prior, employee erected pump jack scaffolding without bracing the poles at the bottom and other points as necessary, exposing employee to potential collapse of the ladder jack scaffolding.
