(a) Jobsite located on Highway 90 in Ocean Springs, MS - Employees were working from a fabricated frame scaffold that was not fully planked in the area between the uprights of the scaffolding. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 13 feet 9 inches from the scaffold to the ground.
