29 CFR 1926.760(d)(3): Perimeter safety cables did not meet the criteria for guardrail systems in 1926.502:  (a) On or about November 2, 2016 for employees who were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet while laying concrete-reinforcing-mesh on a floor with unprotected edges, where the perimeter safety cable was not installed with a mid-rail at the project located at 1440 Action Drive SE in Mandan, North Dakota.
