29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i).     Electric equipment cabinets were without covers with live parts exposed in the residential hirise building;  employees were exposed to electric shock hazard in the following instance locations:    a) HVAC-1 mechanical room; two electric circuit breaker panels were without covers with live parts exposed.      b) HVAC-2 mechanical room; one circuit breaker panel and a smaller switch box were without covers with live electric parts exposed.    c) Electric fuse panels were without covers in the meter closets on 3fl, 7fl, 10fl with live parts exposed.    Location: 303 E 83rd Street, New York, N.Y.    On or about 10-21-2016    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
