29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  1) County Inn Suites, 759 Pollard Blvd., Atlanta, GA: On or about November 2, 2016, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard approximately 30 feet high, while working inside a JLG Aerial lift truck (model number 860SJ and serial number 300150016) when the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection or positioning device attached by lanyard to the basket or the boom of the lift.  The employee was installing OSB backer board on the back of the sign on the commercial building.
