29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(3)(i): When there was occupational exposure, the employer did not provide, at no cost to the employee, appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, gloves, gowns, laboratory coats, face shields, masks, eye protection, and mouthpieces, resuscitation bags, pocket masks, or other ventilation devices: (a) Building No. 8, Apartment no. 3 - On or about October 19, 2016 employees cleaning up blood were not provided appropriate personal protective equipment. Gloves and dust masks did not prevent the contamination of their shoes and clothes.
