29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 10025 Wexford Lane Daphne, Alabama:  On or about November 2, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 9 feet 4 inches to the ground below.  b)  At 10025 Wexford Lane Daphne, Alabama:  On or about November 2, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities while standing in the trusses without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 18 feet 8 inches to the ground below.  THE GABRIEL RUIZ DBA GABRIEL RUIZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1109625, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 31, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10668 AHERN DRIVE, DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
