29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) All Roofing, LLC , at 4177 S. Quebec St., Denver, CO 80237: On and before November 3, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing work on a two-story single family home were protected from falling. Three employees were tearing off shingles without the use of a fall protection system. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet.
