NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THIS ITEM. The AG Star Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979238, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 8900 SW 142nd Ave., Miami, FL.
