29 CFR 1910.25(b)(1): Handrails, stair rail systems, and guardrail systems were not provided in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.28: a) Advanced Heat Treating, Inc. / 1059 Trout Run Road, Saint Marys, PA: On or about November 3, 2016 handrails at the lower dock area provided were not in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.28 for items that include, but are not limited to, a) no mid-rail on the side with a handrail and b) one side did not have handrails. The stairway which led to the dock was 52 inches from ground level to the dock.
