OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees A) At the remodeling of a Taco Bell restaurant in Fort Myers where an aerial lift, JLG Boom Lift, Model 400S, was used fas a crane. The aerial lift was used to remove a handicap parking sign with a sling. The operator of the aerial lift suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized after being ejected from the platform as observed on or about 09/19/2016.
