29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: A) Middle interior of building, on or about November 2, 2016, the intermediate stairway landing going from the first floor to the second floor did not have a mid-rail as part of the guardrail system as required by 29 CFR 1926.502 (b)(2), exposing employees to a fall hazard.
