29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system : a- Roof Level: Employees were wearing personal fall arrest harness but were not secured via an anchor point exposing the workers to fall hazards of approximately 30ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 10/25/2016.
