29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about November 1, 2016, Abello's Roofing, LLC, as the controlling contractor, did not conduct safety and health inspections of the job site by an individual who is aware of the safety and health standards and/or an individual with sufficient authority to control or eliminate hazards. Abello's Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1168741, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 7, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6516 Sunny Meadow Street, Colorado Springs, CO.
