Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  a.     On or about November 07, 2016, at the above address, employees were performing roofing work on a residential structure. Employees were not utilizing fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
