29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Lot 431 - two employees were exposed to a fall of 8 feet 6 inches while installing trusses, in that, they were not using fall protection, on or about 10/28/16.  (b) Lot 719 - two employees were exposed to a fall of 8 feet 6 inches while nailing the ledger board, in that, they were not using fall protection, on or about 10/28/16.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) Lot 431 - employees were exposed to a fall of 8 feet 6 inches from a block wall, in that, they used an 8 feet self supporting ladder to access the wall. The ladder did not extend above the landing, on or about 10/28/16.   b) Lot 719 - employees were exposed to a fall of 8 feet 6 inches from a block wall, in that, they used an 8 feet self supporting ladder to access the wall. The ladder did not extend above the landing, on or about 10/28/16.
