29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net: a) Construction Site: On November 7, 2016, and at times prior, employees on the West side of the commercial storage structure were exposed to a fall of approximately 16 feet to the ground below while engaged in roof sheeting activities from an unprotected walking/working surface with a pitch of 1.3:12.
