29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Dulles International Airport, 45045 Aviation Drive, Sterling, VA 20598: The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes where employees performed work with corrosive chemicals, such as sulfuric acid-containing Mistral Dropex A.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
