29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) On the jobsite, third level, units 1, 2, and 3 - employees were exposed to a 22 foot fall hazard through the unguarded stairwell openings (3 feet, 5 inches wide by 14 feet long) and a 22 foot, 7 inch fall hazard from the open sided floors when performing floor decking of the townhome units; on or about November 3, 2016.  b) On the jobsite, second level, all 5 units - employees were exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard through the unguarded stairwell openings (3 feet, 5 inches wide by 14 feet long) and an 11 foot, 7 inch fall hazard from the open sided floors when performing floor decking and other carpentry work on the decks of the townhome units; on or about November 3, 2016.  c) On the jobsite, second level, unit 5 - employees were exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard through the unguarded stairwell opening (3 feet, 5 inches wide by 14 feet long) when constructing the wooden staircase; on or about November 10, 2016.
