29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about November 30, 2016, at worksite at JFK International Airport, Building 139, Jamaica, NY 11430 The exit route leading from the cold kitchen, first floor, out to the exit door located adjacent to the stairs up to the cafeteria and leading out into south west loading dock area, was blocked by stored carts used for food and beverages. (b) On or about December 1, 2016, at worksite at JFK International Airport, Building 139, Jamaica, NY 11430 The exit route leading from the cold kitchen out to the exit door to the northeast loading dock on the first floor was blocked by at least twelve stored airplane food carts. (c) On or about December 7, 2016, at worksite at JFK International Airport, Building 139, Jamaica, NY 11430 The exit route leading from the cold kitchen out to the exit door to the northeast loading dock on the first floor was blocked by two airplane food carts and a blue storage bin. (d) On or about December 7, 2016, at worksite at JFK International Airport, Building 139, Jamaica, NY 11430 The exit door leading out to the west side of the northeast loading dock on the first floor was blocked by eleven airplane food carts, a blue storage bin and two shopping carts.
