OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were allowed to operate a powered industrial truck without wearing a seatbelt:  a)  At 13350 West US 84, Newton, Alabama:  On or about November 8, 2016 sand at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to crush hazards in that he allowed his employees to operate a powered industrial truck (Lull) without wearing a seatbelt.
