29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) Jobsite: On or about November 7, 2016, an employee was working from a pallet that had been lifted into the air by a lull. The employee was moving bricks from the wooden pallet and onto the tubular welded frame scaffold. The fall hazard to the employee was about 20 feet to the ground. (b) Jobsite: On or about November 7, 2016, employees were working from a tubular welded frame scaffold and they were not protected from falling. The fall hazard was about 20 feet to the ground.
