The Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 896495, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/15/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Colony Place, Plymouth, MA 02360. The Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 941781, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3001 West Broadway, Columbia, MO 65201.
